You are not alone dear we also face the same problem, I do not know how the people still go to them, This is regarding the LG washing machine purchased from VIJAY SALES (Thane), (WFT7062DN LG W/M W/F–T 7062DN), Bill No.: ORD6523737. Dt. 030607. After several reminders and many phone calls to the Call Center & local service executivesI have got no resolution to my problem. I have lost my patience & have no options but to get your assistance. I have repeatedly complained about my clothes are turning dark grey from the day I started using product, initially one of expert advice me to change the water source. In-between one of them took spoiled clothes for further investigation, letter on ms Ashwini (VIJAY SALES) reported me that my w/m’s papers are forwarded further for replacement, not only that letter on the same m/s Ashwini said that she is helpless in this case. Finally I spoke to Mr. Muzumdar/ Mr. Arya and as per their promise another technical person visited my house and came to a conclusion that there is a oil spillage from the gear box and admitted other problems like water spillage from w/m & slow water supply etc. Funniest & unethical is every time service person use to call me to attend the problem and they never turned up. It is also observed that my past several complaints are removed or cancelled from the system.
During this period I have lost some of my expensive clothes and time. In addition, I have had to pay a maid to wash my clothes for the past several months. The total expense incurred for this faulty product are around Rs. 20000
I would like the company to replace the product without any further charges and delay. I would also expect a fair compensation for the physical and mental trouble caused to me and my family.
