We have just bought a new IFB machine and in six months time, we have already replaced one part of the machine. We are still facing problems in operating the machine. Have called their service number & all the concerned person hundreds of time but nobody is ready to help. IFB is such a renowned name still it has a very poor customer satisfaction level. I would like the authority to take legal actions against IFB and replace this machine with the new one. And give me value for money.
