After several foolow-ups and AMC Contract with WHIRLPOOL - these are the Experiences !
Whirlpool Products should be Banned from the Market - it seems - as they cannot provide Good Products, even to complete the Warranty Period and after that the Pathetic After Sales Services !

Dear Customer Care,
I think all Attempts from Whirlpool are wasted to improve the customer service, and primary focus is selling miscellaneous items to customers.
I am facing following problems again and again :
1. There are problems reaching the Customer Care nos 18601804558 or 60008558
2. I had registered the above referred Complaint # MB1010005397 for Fully Automatic Washing Machine ( which is under AMC Contract now - after a initial warranty period)
3. The complaint was for abnormal behavior and sound from the machine while washing and at the end the Clothes were not so clean, most often and water may or may not be drained/ replaced during the Wash Cycle
4. Just within 9-10 months of purchasing the machine I have started having these issues and till today it continues intermittently.
Earlier there were 3-4 visits and attempts to rectify the problem and it was resolved after replacing some board twice.
5. Last time & This time as well the above Complaint # MB1010005397, was attended just to sell some additional product instead of checking and servicing/ rectification of the problem.
6. I had clearly told the customer care - that please do not close the call - and call me after 3-4 days if you want to confirm and take the Satisfaction Code, as of now I am not sure the problem is resolved.
Against that - it appears to me that Complaint # MB1010005397 has been closed without the Resolution.
After providing the defective products and then charging good amounts for rectifying the problems and servicing as AMC Contracts - Is this the Service Customer of Whirlpool get ?
Please look into this issue and resolve the problem at the earliest, or please let me know in case this can be resolved by other means of consumer rights !

Hello Customer Care !
With reference to the Complaint Pending for Resolution since 9th Nov 2009, I request the understanding of customer support for Whirlpool Products !
I had purchased a Washing Machine on 26th Jan 2009, and the machine was working fine till last month of October/ November 2009.
During November, when we saw a frequent change of behavior of the Washing Programs, we registered a complaint with Whirlpool customer care.
The first complaint was registered on 9th Nov 2009 – MB1109004592 – for the Malfunctioning of the Whirlpool Washing Machine with heater option,
This complaint was not resolved appropriately, and only the eyewash was given to my people, saying that the PCB is replaced and the machine will work fine now, or else we will keep a check.
No checks and no calls after that – as promised.
Nothing happened and on the next call, we were made to register the next complaint, which we did on 1st Dec 2009 – MB1209000575, the engineer told that PCB needs to be replaced and will take 3 to 4 days.
Today it is 18th of December 2009, and till today I am only getting tentative 3 to 4 days answers.
I am not able to understand – if one such complaint can be kept pending for a month and 2 months – what type of service and warranty / guaranty we can expect ?
We are not at all, getting proper answers from the Customer Care !
Please help me with the resolution, or at least take back the product and relieve me of any such pains.
