We brought an IFB washing machine last december....We got a complaint in march that the machine stopped working... After repair the machine agian stopped working from May1st. We contacted the shop owner where we bought it.... Then we called the person who repaired it for us the previoius time... He told to lodge a complaint to the customer care.... We lodged our first complaint on May 7th(ticket no is 3003358)....The customer care executives had told that they would be attending within 24hours... But they didnt.. Again we lodged another complaint on 9th(complaint no is 3011447), then 10th(ticket no is 3012668) and we had been calling them daily since then..... Everytime they are saying that they would attend... They are also giving numbers of some people who is saying that he is not from the area we are staying... None had attended for the repair till now....... So I request for appropriate action to be taken on that... because when they say that they would handle the complaint within 24 hours they should do it atleast in 2 days but it's already more than 2 weeks....
