I had purchased a front loading Washing Machine of Whirlpool from the Reliance Digital from Tollygunge on 17.09.2010.After installation I informed the Reliance for Demo (as They had told me).They send a man for Demo.That man started the machine and told my mother & wife the remaining job and left.After a few days latter I started the machine for washing.The machine started normally but few minutes latter it shows the F1 in the display board.Immediately I switch of the machine.Next day again I operate the machine,this time same incident happened.I informed the Whirlpool Customer care and they send a service engineer on the same day.After inspection he told us that due to wrong demo,the motor & the display board of the machine has been damaged.So it should be changed.I informed the whole incident to the Reliance Digital.After hearing the promised me to replace the machine but it wold take 15 days for replace.But since then nearly one month has left,now they told me that it would not possible for them to replace the machine.Now my question is why the Whole machine should not replace because it is totally their fault.
