Dear Sir,

I was owning a whirlpool sensational neo front loading washing machine and due to some problem the drum inside got broken. Then I logged a complaint to the whirlpool india and they have accepted for a replacement. But as I already got the bad experiance with front loading washing machine, I wanted them to provide a top loading washing machine which they said I need to pay 8k more. I accepted that and gave them DD on behalf of the company. After receiving the DD they said the machine will reach in 2 days time.

Now it is almost 10 days from the receipt of DD, every day I call to them but their response is very bad, every day they will say it will be delivered in the evening but am yet to receive the machine. I have talked to the higher officials too they also saying that it will be delivered soon. I am very angry with their service and would like to file a litigation in consumer court. Pls advice.
