Four months on since the machine was taken away by the Electrolux service people, they haven't been able to rectify a vibratilon problem yet. On inquiry the service engineers keep giving reasons that they haven't been able to get a breakthrough with the vibration problem and that they are at it with full strength. This is what I get to hear everytime I call their service in-charge/ representatives. It remains to be seen for how long the service engineers are going to held my machine back and they appear to be doing that with absolute disregard to the inconveniences faced by the consumers. Electrolux is a well known consumer product brand. And the service being meted out to its consumers reflects the quality of service and brand value of the company.
Is Electrolux listening or dismissing this grievance just like any other complaints ?
