Contarary to LG's advertisement " LIFE IS GOOD". we have are feeling that " LIFE IS HELL" once you buy LG product. Refer to our below mail which was sent to LG.

We own a LG washing machine, (WD10165) LG WM WD-10165F (L19) purchased on 10/06/2007 from Vijay Sales, Borivali.
From the time of purchase the machine’s display board or the mother board has been changed twice as the machine had completely shut down. On both the occasions, we had a real tough time with
LG service people. After registering the complain the concerned personnel visited us and took a pretty long time as much as a month or more to procure the “part” to be replaced. This required constant phone calls to LG Service.
Now it is the third time that same problem has occurred (our machine is still under warranty period!), and we are not ready for the same ordeal of calling up LG service people every day. We have been really repenting on our choice of purchasing of LG washing machine. Contrary to your advertisement “Life is Good”, Life is Hell with LG washing machine, frequently conking off and the concerned authorities not taking any timely action.
If things are not rectified in time we seriously are thinking of approaching the consumer court.
We are sorry to say this but please do not expect us to just keep calling the LG service center and listen to the animated answers of the call center people.
