    Angry complaint against whirlpool air conditioner

    Dear Sir / Madam



    I would be grateful if you could support me in solving this issue.



    I have purchased a whirlpool one ton Ac on 14th april 2009 from Dreams Electronics, Raja Garden, West Delhi, New Delhi. This Ac is not working properly since day 1. I have launched so many complaints in whirlpool call center against permanent complaint number HR 0409000356 customer ID HR/C/0508/15839.

    It is not 1 year and warranty is also over but my problem is still same. This Ac costs us around 25000/- which seems to be totally waste.


    We have the last hope on you and hope that you could support.

    This is to bring in your notice that I had lodged a complaint with serial no GB0410008323 dtd 18th april-2010 & after N number of follow ups with your customer care the engineer (Mr.Manoj Khatri) visited at site on 20th April-2010. After visit he told that the sensors need to be replaced & the same will be replaced on 21st april-2010.But unfortunately he didn't turned up & I again got in touch with your customer care & was shocked to hear that my complaint has been closed without rectifying my problem. I fail to understand that without taking the signatures of mine with satisfaction code on the log register, how can he close the complaint. Is there any check on this ? pls confirm & depute some other engineer who will address my problem.

    Your early response in this regard will be highly appreciated.

    Angry Complaint for my Wahing MAchine

    It all started on the 12th June'10 when I called the customer care for doing a general service of my washing machine which I possess for the last 2 years and the technician came and did the service and sold us some powder for washing the machine which I was very upset on is that if my machine is in warranty so why should i pay for a service these things should come free with the service which is due. I still ended up paying Rs. 800 for the same and the technician went after doing the service and he left the machine running everything seemed to be fine however later I found that "Rinse" option in the washing machine is not working and I felt I have been cheated the way the service has been done and immediately I called the technician he said you just clean the drain pipe and it would be fine which I did and still the "Rinse" option did not work.

    Again I logged a case with you on 14th for this and the technician visited me after 3 days of logging a complaint and finally did something and showed us the "Rinse" option specifically and it was working fine and as soon as he left I tried washing clothes in the machine and now it was a problem with "Washing" the water level automatically changed to high and it would take unnecessary water from the outlet and started overflowing from the machine and again a problem came.

    This is the sour experience I have had with the technician you have and the entire week has gone solving a simplest of issue which was actually meant for servicing the washing machine. I was really upset with this and on the same day I tried calling the technician and his phone ranged twice and he did not pick up and after 5 minutes when I checked he switched off his phone and I was so angry that I called up your customer care and spoke to one "RANA" who spoke to me and I requested him not to close this issue as this issue persists and he promised that it would not be done and said I will take and all that customer care stuff that they usually speak.

    I happen to be a Sr. Manager with Customer Service for one of the products so understand how fake he was. I was disappointed with the technician already and now it was your customer service rep "RANA" who is of no use at all.

    I believe my trust in the whirlpool product has already gone with the kind of experience I have had in the last few days and I would end up not buying a product from you anymore.

    I really need a solution for this at the earliest and I would wait for "1 Day" for some to call me and get this right else I will have to file a higher complaint than this.

    This Ac is not working properlY . I have launched so many complaints in whirlpool call centeR.

    This Ac costs us around 66000/- which seems to be totally waste.


    We have the last hope on you and hope that you could support.
