Sir,

Re:Grey Washing Machine H70- Model No 973 vide Invoice No. 103650, purchased on
16-9-0 through M/S S.R.Electroics electronic shop at Yusuf Sarai, New Delhi

The said machine purchased by me, got blown/bursted, around 5am on14-2-09 damaging
our entire washroom including its wall to wall tiles, Geyser, Lights(2nos), small
wardrobe, marble floor and ceiling. It also had spoiled our living room, dining room
including all attached teak wood furniture, marble floor and paint. Further, it has
damaged our concealed wiring too.

This incident has put a lot of mental pressure and frustration both on of us and our
2 kids. It could have caused irreparable loses/ causalities had it been occurred in
day time or if in use.

Today, even after a week of this incident we are not able to come out of this shock
and its post affect trauma. Enclosed, also find attached some photographs taken, of
the spot, by our neighbors, through their digital camera. We have more of the photos
with us.

Kindly lodge an official complaint against the company. The company is not
responding to our complaints and requests. We feel that we should be compensated for
all the loss incurred. Further such a product be discontinued till it becomes risk
less.

Please send us the complaint no. and other follow ups at the earliest.
