I am having a 6.8 Kg semi automatic washing machine. After some time of purchasing the body got rusted from the back. I complained several times on their customer care about the problem. Even I asked the customer care people that whether they can replace the body or not because its being a long time I am complaining to them. As par my past experience Whirlpool is a bad company, very poor service and attitude of the customer care is pathetic. Plz help me out.
