I have made a compaint for repairing my IFB Senorita Plus washing
machine on 4th of August 2008. Till now they did not resolve it by
saying spare part is not available. Customer Care keep on giving
contact number of technicians by saying he is my manager. If I call
them they were not picking up my calls.

I suggest you all to do not go for IFB Washing machines because it is a
use and throw machine as they will never attend your request. Convey
this message to your friends and colleagues.
