I had purchased a semi automatic machine, and facing problems since purchase, I complaint on the toll free no. many times the complaint no are as follow. 24988, 26732 and 29934, After many calls on the customer care finally the technician came at my residence and opened the machine. He said that the machine timer has to be replaced and asked for Rs.250. We said that this is under warrant period and we will also pay you the charges but after repair. But he went away. We again made a complaint with the same complaint nos. but till yesterday on replay from their side and today on 02.01.09 there was a call and enquiring us about the after sale service. I again lodged my complaint with them with the same complaint nos. and feedback them that they are giving the worst kind of after sale service. Kindly sortout this matter, asking your officials to take a responsible action on my complaint.
