I had purchased a Samsung washing machine on 3rd nov, 2008 from Dass Electricals, Chinchward, Pune. During the purchase there was offer of 2 non stick utensils free along with that particular machine. Since they did not have that in thier stock they asked us to collect it later and mentioned in the bill that it was pending. Later we visited them 5 times and i our last 2 visits they said they'l send it to our residence on the next day. but as of now they have not even called us. They also offered some other items that we already have as alternatives, but I insist to get the non stick I was promised.

Please let me know if this can be taken up in the consumer court, Also guide how.
