I have purchased a fully washing machine from rajkot gujarat state local dealer shreeji electronics, mill para main road, rajkot in jan 09, and waranty is valid till jan 11, i have lodged a complaint with the dealer on 2 june 10 for trouble of washing machine and they have forwarded it to their whirlpool service station - station head mr nilesh, a person came to my house and checked with the machine and said that tub is not working we have to replace it, in a weeks time we shall replace it, then on repeated inquiry and complaint, i have given complaint no 981 2nd june 10, mr nilesh said that their whirlpool superiors are not responding him then i asked him to let me talk to him who is your superior, mr binu is area head of whirlpool services, mobile nos is given and he said that i would do the needful and in couple of days the machine would be repaired, again same follow up and follow up there were no picking up of p hone even by mr nilesh and mr binu at last before some days mr nilesh could be contacted and he said i am helpless and you may proceed any which way you like mr binu is on leave in maharashtra state, i got the address of mr tajudin whirlpool india ltd gujarat state head at ahmedabad, i wrote a letter in the form of complaint, that you would not reply withing 4 days i would take you to consumer courts, even then there is no reply, today 13th july i tried to contact mr ravajibhai patel owner of shreeji electronics on phone and his son came on line as he said to me, and asked every thing in details, though he have had my complaint letter copy which i have sent him too, he taken my cell no and told me that i would revert you within half an hour, it is already 2 hours there is no response from rajvibhai's son, i am still waiting till evening then other otherwise i would like to file a complaint before consumer court tomorrow, i.e. On 14th july 101, they are mentally harassing us myself and my family my family washing the cloths on their own because they always promises that in day or two, in couple ofdays we shall repair the machine, but nothing is done so far sir.
