Multiple orders placed due to java errors & no confirmation from the company Hi,
Ob 5th-Feb-2009 while placing order for IFB Washing Machine (Senetor-DX) on IFB Website JAVA error ocurred and no confirmation message generated regarding order placement so i have tried for the second time & same error occured second time so i stopped.
Next day i received credit card alert that amount for both the orders so i have launched complain on IFB website and i have a reply also from the IFB global team member Ms.Kanika so i waited for there action but no reply since then from IFB team.
Mean while credit card statement generated for both the orders so i requested to cancel both orders & they accepted but still i have to pay a minimum amount for both the order till order has been canceled.
I have contacted atleast 20 times to IFB custmoer care center but not even a single time they replied satisfactory. As per IFB customer care executive they don't have any information regarding this and they had comunicated the matter to their upper level. every time they told that we will check and call you within 1 or 2 hrs but till now i have not received any phone call from IFB.
As per IFB procedure an E-mail is sent to the customer for the confirmation of an order & i have not received any such mail and i'm presently paying the money for what i have not received any ordered thing.
Please look into the matter.

Kindly tell us your problem in detailed manner with proper date, amount, bill details and other useful information so that we will guide you accordingly.

Order Details Thanks for the quick reply
Order date was 5th-Feb-2009 at around 10:00 hrs.
Both Orders were for the IFB washing machine Senator-DX.
Each order value was INR 27499/-
Order Nos showing in my IFB Login page are 41056 & 41057 and payment approved status also showing against each order.
But till now no further communication or order delivery from IFB side & my credit card installation started from this month.

Kindly send a written notice to the parent company and send it via registered post, mention all the details in the notice and ask them for the refund in the mentioned time.
