ii)It had a drum leakage problem. I lodged a complaint w.r.n. C1042019366 dated 20/04/2010
iii)Nobody turned for any service, not even a phone call. I called the customer care again on 23/04/2010 but again no rtesponse from LG service centre.
iv)I again lodged a fresh complaint on 23/05/2010 w.r.n. C1052614191. This time thankfully I atleast got a phone call.
v)The person said he will send the driver to pick up the machine as the drum was broken.
vi)But nobody came next day to pick up the machine. When I called up they said, its the problem with drivers. Since no vehicle is available so they cant send anybody to pick up the machine. In whole Hyderabad they cant find a single vehicle to pick up the machine. I WAS SHOCKED
vii)After so much of phone calls they gave me the number of driver to speak directly. Is it really the job of customer to speak with drivers to pick their machine. I was
viii)Till date 29/05/2010 my achievment is that I have got the driver number (which ofcourse is no use to me as the driver does not report me). Every time I call him he is stuck in some traffic jams or is outside Hyderabad. Dont know how many excuses he has.
ix)The jist is My machine has still not been picked up and therefore not repaired yet.
x)At this point of time I M REALLY PISSED OFF:D
Please take this complaint with LG Hyderabad on urgent basis and kindly help me for the same.
