Hi,

Purchased Videocon washing machine [Model K5300 Serial Num: 0711K53000956] ON 04.07.08. But from past 2 months washing machine has issue. Pulsetter is not working properly, water intake level is not proper for rinse, soak, detergent powder not mixing properly.

Called cusotmer care and registered first compaint. BAN0405100004. One service agent came and tried to fix the issue. He told it needs pulsetter replacement, he will back after 1 week but without solving the problem they closed that ticket. Again lodged compaint with customer care BAN0905100166,but still no luck. Everytime when I call cusotmer care they says they will send a service man by 24 hours. But this is happening from past 1 month.

When last time I called them customer people told, if I keep calling them like this they will make more deploy to provide service. Please help us on this. Really it is annoying to get a idiotic response from videocon customer care.
