Greetings!!!

It has really been a tough time getting thru the dealers with our complaints and their necessay corrective measures.

On april 11,we have purchased one Wirlpool semi automatic washing machine from Khosla Electronics,Behala branch,kolkata. After repeated calls the personnel from the respective company had come up for a demo and he intimated that he got delayed as the respective dealer(Khosla ) has not processed the details to them .

On verification the machine was found be defective for which a complaint was lodged. Till date we have not received the product nor a call from the dealers.

Pls brief as to how we can proceed further if such careless mistakes takes place.

we request an immediate action as this was a gift to my mom on the New year.
