We purchased Wahing machine from Bangalore central EZONE dated 7th March 2010. We paid 3000/- as advance .They said that there person will come and deliver the new machine and take the old one.After some days when we called to follow up ,they said that there is no stock and will deliver it in few days.After some days since we had no response from them after 15 days we again called to ask the same they said that we have no paid full amount so the machine is not delivered.But they didn't even mentioned in 15days that we were suppose to pay full amount before taking the delivery.However after few dissussion we still paid full amount by cheque.This was on thursday 25th march 2010.On this day they said cheque will be cleared on friday and on saturday will deliever your washing machine.
We didn't receive the machine deliever.So again on Monday 29th March 2010 we visited and asked them the status they said that our payment mode is taking time so by tue or wednesday it will be delivered.After doing FULL PAYMENT still there didn't deliever the machine and then after repetative followup by phone on wednesday they said that Machine we have ordered is not in stock and if we want we can come and see some other model.The person involved are Mr Sandil and Mr Ashraf who are extremely UNPROFESSIONAL to handle customer.Because when we call them they do't take phone and either are in meeting or taking LUNCH AT HOME.

It want to take some Legal action against them.
