Dass Branch :- Chinchwad
- Late Delivery no time limits. They delivered the appliance @ 11pm.
-Very bad customer communication service provided and very rude employees.
- Invalid ph. no. are provided on the bills. So can't contact urgently.
-The dryer of the Whirpool washing mc is not working from last 15 days. Pissed up now calling every day the customer service but no one has turned till date. Just the employees of the Dass are making reasons. Alteast called 50 times.
-Also, they have offered 1 year extra warranty. But, if the service is worst was is the use of offering such things.
- we were just waiting and waiting only.
Srongly regret from buying from DASS outlets.
