I would like to file a complaint against IFB for harassment and mental torture for the following matter:

I have purchased IFB WM Senorita DLX Washing Machine from M/s Devi International vide Bill No 3614 dated 26 April 2009. The machine is not working properly from the beginning. It has spoiled four dresses and two Sarees. We have made number of complaints to IFB but IFB never bothered to solve the real problem. The machine is defective so it should be replaced forthwith.

The details of some of the complaints are given hereunder:

We request the honourable consumer court to direct the company to replace the machine and give Rs. 15,000/= towards compensation towards four dresses and two sarees. We are ready to bring these dresses and sarees for inspection of Honourable Consumer Court and IFB officials. Please note that machine is under warranty.
