Dear Concern,

I had bought 2 washing machines last year. After wasing there are smalll holes formed in the clothes also, som clothes as strong as a towel are torn. We had repeatedly been complaining against these machines to LG, however it seems that they are not bothered once they have sold the product.

Initially the service technician replaced a part of the machine and for some days it worked ok. Again it started with th same trouble. We complained since September several times and our complaint was attended around Novmber that too the technicianwas hesitant to touch the machine. We showed hime some of our many torn clothes however and he blamed us saying that how would he believe that the clothes are torn because of the machine, it must have been dobe by th cat we own.

After so much of agony and pain they sent a technician who was ignorant and irresponsible. :D further more I tried to contact the incharge of technical services but he never picked his phone. I messaged him but no response. Finnaly after much of efforts I called up the Customer care and asked the MD's e mail id but I was given the incharges no saying that this is our MDs secretary's no and we cannot provide th MD's no.

Many of our compalints were cancelled. i am tired of fighting with this people . the devices which they poduce and not for comfort howver they are successful in bringing discomfort and anger additionally by their services. The name of the company should be Life's worst instead of Lifes Good. request you to help m out for these. I do not wish to keep these machines I just want my money back for machines and clothes. I wish I can sue them for causing so much of mental harrasssment.
