I bought a videocon K-5800 washing m/c fully automatic from NEXT RETAIL SHOP, Pitampura, Delhi, on 26.10.2009 vide bill no. 01406. The m/c didi not work, initially. Now it is working but is giving trouble almost everyday. The service is very poor. Response period is more than 72 hours. Rude, ill-trained, ill-equipped staff, insensitive company, hopeless product. Must be replaced with new m/c.:
