whirlpool washing machine

I bought a brand new Whirlpool washing machine model Whitemagic 123 6500 Coloue LI LAC Serial No. INFO92100879 Model No. 11578 Date of Manufacturing 19t May2009. Purchased on 27/05/2009 from Girias showroom jayanagar, Bangalore. It was installed on 29th MaY, 2009. From 23rd August, 2009 to 24th September, 2009 we were out of station. On 22nd November, 2009 the machine stopped working. On 24th November, 2009 a person from whirlpool came for repairing the machine. He said the machine can not be repaired and it has to be replaced with a new machine. He took our bill copy and warranty. Till 9th December, 2009 there is no response from Whirlpool. Whenever I Calll up whirlpool Home care centre Number they say they will get back to me. Till today no body has called us and informed anything. On 9th December, 2009 I again called customer care centre Mr. Pratap who took the call said he will connect me to floor manager and for fifteen minutes I was holding he had just kept the Phone. Again I called up customer care centre at 9.45 A.m Sh. Sailesh who took me call said that he will not cut the call but he also did not connect me to floor manager. I am fed up of this customer care service centre.

After buying brand new machine which is is not working what am i supposed to do. I am not getting any response till now from whirlpool. If I am not gettting when my machine will be replaced or repaired with in 24 hours I am going to consumer forum. I will tell everybody not to buy whirlpool products they are defective and their customer care and after sales service is very very poor.
