I bought a Whrlpool Fridge,Whirlpool white magic and other electicals from Nandilath G Mart ,Karamana,Trivandrum in Aug 2009 worth Rs 30,000.I was given gift coupons from the Dealerand promised that all the goods will reach home in a few days[owing to Onam rush].I also received scratch cards from Whirlpool which got a prompt response'If you get any gift we will contact you'.Anyway,the items reached my residence 10 days after Onam festival.I was also promised that a Whirlpool Executive will give the demo at my residence.After 3 months I called up Dealer and they assisted in registering a complaint with Whirlpool Satisfaction Code:730 for SR number:C01209003347.An executive called my mobile number and showed reluctance to work after 6.00pm[because I reach home only at 6.30pm daily].I paid for the rat mesh and am yet to receive the same.I am yet to use the product and each day it is a reminder to me of the worst possible service anywhere in this world.Please do not do this to any other human being and that executive of yours not willing to work after 6.00pm needs to be.........
