Dear team,
Can you please explain, what is the city limit according to your installation team?
How come your delivery team worked properly, if it is out of city limit?
Why you haven't explain me at the time of purchasing the product regarding city limit.
How long will you take to respond my intermediate phone calls and personal visit to raised complaint at Banjarahills office, finally two mails in a gap of one week? Who will bear the pain?
What is the penalty for breaching service level agreement?
As a customer we have spent money to lead luxury life by using the product but in this case I have taken the pain of paying interest on the amount invested, loss of pay (sitting at home once you initiate the call No: 8000401915, 8000401916 for installation but without any progress I received a message from AM-Reliance saying that 8000401916 is completed, asking for feedback on installation of Samsung washing machine) and bearing stress and strain which leads to major health problem disturbance in my daily routine life.

This is the worst kind of attention to the customer at the cost of a company (reliance) repute misleading the customer to wait throughout the day for installation of tv even after 4 days of purchase blaming each other and lay excuses in turn wasting precious leave of the customer without any result causing monitory loss and mental agony. Is this the reputation maintained by the reliance company for its customer. I have ordered for cancellation of the order and return the money with interest for the irresponsibilities of the staff and can the company rise to its reputation takeon the loss of the customer and prevail the justice. Let me see how promptly company responds before I take further coarse of action in this regard. This is sreekant complaining again purchase made on 27th Feb'2011 .
I brought a Refridgerator from reliance digital and was deliverd the wrong one and inspite of repeated requests for changing it and the sales staff refuse to pick up the call or agree to refund my money back. People whoever are going to purchase anything in reliance digital stores should think twice cause of poor service and pathetic attitude of their staff..

i d.jayanthi, purchased whirpoolwashing LCW 1055 machine at reliace digital,malakpet,hyderabad on 11-08-2011. on the day of instalation it did not start.
we applied for replacement.
after twoo days they repaired.
again it got repaired after two months. it is repeatedly giving repairs. but from 30-07-2012 it has struk,till now no repair was done, although i am repeatedly giving compliants to reliance digital services. so please help me
