Hi, I gifted my very old parents with a Whirlpool washing machine in June 2009. In September 2009, when it was just three months old, it stopped working completely and since the last one month, there is no proper response from the customer care and service engineers. My dad made the first complaint a month back and since now, no one bothered to fix it and last week, when he called again, he got a very shocking response that his complaint was closed and they asked him to raise a new compaint. We are really fed up with the quality of the machine first and next with the whirlpool customer support... Here is the first complaint number: BG1009000685 and second complaint number is here: BG1009016118. Now, we do not have any trust on the quality of their support also; still in shock how a new 15K machine which is just 3 months old and used just twice a week can stop working... my parents are based in Blore and in this cold climate, my 60 year old mom is washing the clothes on her own n suffering in spite of have a brand new washing machine at home which is right now like a showpiece. Can someone help?

I purchased a washing machine on 01.11.07 but got repaired on 30.05.09 which is in the warranty period. I booked a complaint on 07/07/09 Complaint no. 0709011442 . Again i filled a complaint second time on 20.07.09 complaint no.0709030670. After several reminders through phone, the service engineer named Mr.Manikandan from whirlpool came and took the bill copy of the machine on 28.7.09 and the old machine was taken by Mr. Jagatheesh on 23.10.2009 but still date they have not repalced the machine, nor they are giving a responsible reply, if i contact them over phone. I am writing this complaint on 02.12.2009. Such a poor service I have never seen in my life. I request all the people who see this website not to purchase the whirlpool company items as the service from their side is very very poor.
