Hi, I gifted my very old parents with a Whirlpool washing machine in June 2009. In September 2009, when it was just three months old, it stopped working completely and since the last one month, there is no proper response from the customer care and service engineers. My dad made the first complaint a month back and since now, no one bothered to fix it and last week, when he called again, he got a very shocking response that his complaint was closed and they asked him to raise a new compaint. We are really fed up with the quality of the machine first and next with the whirlpool customer support... Now, we do not have any trust on the quality of their support also; still in shock how a new 15K machine which is just 3 months old and used just twice a week can stop working... my parents are based in Blore and in this cold climate, my 60 year old mom is washing the clothes on her own n suffering in spite of have a brand new washing machine at home which is right now like a showpiece. Can someone help?
