    Default whirlpool making a fool on complaints

    i registered my complaint on 23 september 2009 and has been provided with a code no. as the product is in gauranteed period.
    As my complaint from 23rd september 2009 (complaint no./serial no. - lko909006113) with whirlpool have not yet been rectified.
    The personnel came on 24th september 2009 and said that he will coming in the evening and rectify the problem and took my signature on aform stating that sir you do give me the code no. after the problem is been rectified.
    Then next visit of the another personnel (manoj vishwakarma) was on 16th october 2009 after a no. of calls to the whirlpool customer care.He said he will be turning up in 3 hours and will rectify.
    Now i am left with no patience to handle this by my self.
    i did talk on19th october 2009 on 18601804558 and been told that my case is a part pending case but when i told him that manoj vishwakarma who visited to me told that they have received the parts,then the customer care executive told me that he has no information and he provided me with lucknow branch office no. 05226540168 which i tried and it says the no. does not exist.
    So i am putting this case to you to look after and help me against the harassment.

    Angry Aftersales service non existing

    I reported my whirlpool washing machine repair on 12/11/09 an engineer called on the 16/11/09 and told me that he would be back in a few days to fix it. I phoned again on 20/11/09 and I was told that it would be fixed on 25/11/09 I phoned again today and was told that it will be fixed some day next week!!!!
    According to customer advice a repair or replacement must be carried out within a reasonabe period of time & without causing any significent inconvience to the customer.
    I am without a washing machine since 11/11/09 does that not count foor significent inconvience!!!

    Angry whirlpool not giving the scratch card product on time

    To,
    Whirlpool,
    India.
    I am book a whilpool semi auto washing m/c of 6.5Kg model of amount Rs.6600.00 from Rahi electronics Boriwali west on 31/10/09.In the scratch card I am get one microwave oven,but the delivery of that product was not given to me after 35 days.So I return a complaint for this so u can give the product at last 08/12/2009.

    Default Servicing of Whirlpool Airconditioner

    I have made a complaint that my airconditioner is not working on 4.12.2009, till date this has not been attended. I had made continuous reminders from then on and on 11/12/2009 two people came to inspect and said that the gas had leaked and that they will come after two days. Till date none turned up. I have been sending continous reminders there on. It was even more shocking to find that their service centre was just few minutes walk from my residence and they never had the decency to take up the service.

    Companies like Viveks are recommending these kinds of unreliable company products to their customers and spoiling their name. I have had a terrible lesson from buying this air conditioner. Do not know how it is still surviving in the market.

    Hope people start neglecting these companies and deny buying any of their products

    I have purchase Whirpool washing machine (white magic) as above and it got
    repaired yesterday (11.11.2009) around 12 noon and the same was reported to
    customer care vide complaint No.17727 but till now (12.11.2009 - 7.40 pm) no
    body come and attended the complaint which we made. Inspite of making
    repeated phone call to customer care and service engg. (Mobile
    No.9677171041) no proper response - all the time customer care officer
    saying that they will attend to it immediately but our problem not been
    solved sofar.



    Kindly look into it and do the needful urgently.

    Default water leaking

    this is to inform your goodself, that, i had purchased a washing machine

    model wwa E559 H2A ( WHIRLPOOL ) on 14th Nov'09, from Sri Bhavani Enterprises,
    2-4-135, linga reddy mansion, opp hanuman temple, Tadbund, Secunderabad (A P ) Tel-
    040-6590 5956. And a call was made same day for

    demonstration.



    On monday 16th nov 09, i called up whirlpool services tel;-60008558, was informed my
    call was not registered, hence doing now, and within 3 hours

    i will receive a call from their servicemen for demo, but on 17th around 7pm, i was
    given oral demo, and in good faith i had signed (demo given )

    coz i am a washing machine user, thought, should not be a problem, but while
    functioning, i noticed water leaking and made a complaint for the same on 18th
    morning and on 19th evening same time a technician name Rajender noticed the fault,
    and promised me, by 12noon tomorrow (20th) he will satisfy. so far no one has turned
    up, though, i made numerous calls, even I requested from day one, that i am
    alone,have to specially

    wait, all these five days, i had passed thru agony ( mentally tortured ).

    Default worst service ever

    i bought a new whirl pool washing machine. they promised to send service engineer to install the machine. but for one week i got no call or feed back from them, even after calling them every day. they really makes customers suffer.

    iam realy irritated to purchase one more product from u rcompany because i purchased a washing machine three months ago but i have not yet got the offered gift but i don't know wether u r cheeted me r not. the shoper just making me a fool by this one thing i understod that at last company will loose a good custemer like me.

    I locked a call for general service in whirlpool since my f65 whirlpoolwashing machine is in AMC.
    call was locked on 16th march still engineer not attended the call.
    I called customer care to know the status, but they put me in hold for giving the status more than 20 minutes.

    Default levelling problem of refrigrator

    i purchased a whirlpool refrigerator on 04. 01. 2010 from ISHAQ ENTERPRISES AKKAYAYYAPALEM VISAKHAPATNAM.and since the delivery its balance points were not proper basically levelling problem.after some persuasion and regular complaints the technician came and mentioned that the problem cannot be resolved and we need to change the fridge.after doing all the formalities he said he will get back to us.but the person never turned up.again after series of complaints the service person came and clicked the photographs of refrigerator and said us to conatact the zonal head of service .we contacted the person and were assured that our problem will be resolved within 2 days but nothing was done.till now no action has been taken to resolve the problem

    I register complaint from my whirlpool refrigerator since Feb 2010 many people came and resolved the problem .however it works for one day and another day its giving same problem...... and on 20/05/10 agian i register complaint but till now nobody has turned.....

    So i am putting this case to you to look after and help me against the harassment.

    I purchase one refrigerator from Arvindra Elec Pvt Ltd , SCO 1112, Sec 32 Chandigarh ( Authorize dealer of whirlpool ) on 09.07.2008 for Rs 21500/-. At that time I was staying in Chandigarh (Punjab). The refrigerator was working fine because the season in Punjab pretty cool as compare to Mumbai. One 21.05.2010, I made a complaint thru My Mobile No 9417600384 (Punjab No). The complaint was register with no CH0510002114 on 22.05.2010 as the refrigerator was not giving proper cooling and not able to ice. Service engineer visited my house and change compressor etc and charges Rs 2300/- for changing modular. He also suggest us to put Scoop on the refrigerator which was supplies as cost of Rs 1750/-. On the very next day I put another complaint as the Refrigerator giving same problem. The Service center does not give another complaint No, they told me same complaint No will continue and on the same complaint service engineer visit. The service engineer visited and advise it will not give cooling and made ice as there too high temperature. Meanwhile I transfer to Mumbai, I made another complaint vide complaint No MB0610006055 on 09.06.2010,The service engineer visited and ask for service charges of Rs 399/-. I talk to service center, they told me to need not to pay 399/- as I pay earlier payment in May 2010 which is valid for one month.


    Meanwhile service engineer told me I case I does not pay service charges, he will not repair the refrigerator, After that I am calling service center ( Ph No 60005885 )

    Default Whirpool good in making people fools and not in washing machines........

    Hi,

    I bought a front load washing machine from whirlpool Jan 2010... but the machine was making big noise while drying the clothes and there was some sort of banking in the rear side....

    The engineers struggled for a month to minimise it....and finally it worked ater more than a month's efort....

    Now it stopped washing ....and the complain was lodged on 22nd July after 8 days one engineer came and seeing the machine he told the tmer is bad and in the evening some one ill bring new one to replace.

    Then after that nobody came and I recd a SMS saying your complain is closed and asked for thefeedback...

    I checked again at the call center thay say there is no complain from you ...if you have you have to give new complain.
    Again complained on Aug 9th but till today nobody came and still the machine is dead.....

    Call center is good in giving committment but they dont know how to service it.....

    I am such fool tha i didnot check thier product and service record and bought thier product.....

    Hi,

    I am an absolutely disgusted customer of Whirlpool India. I purchased a Whirlpool washing machine on 27th Aug 2007 (TIN no. 29270000009, CST No.0056246-4 and Model no. Whirlpool W/M Sensation Neo ( 5336)) from Ms Girias Investment (P) Ltd, Gandhinagar, Bangalore.
    Around 6 months back we got some problem with the gasket and subsequently many compliants is been registered but till date there is no action on the same, which is absolutely ridiculous. we have made more than 100 calls to the below said no.s: 080-60008558, Mr.Chandrappa ( From Girias ) - 42687777/78, Komalakshi - 9241216869, 9611129718, Mr.Pradeep - 9886432171, for the past six months, and everytime they say they dont have the stock of the gasket and to get back to us. And once they had sent their representitive and he took that damaged gasket and demanded rs.1800 money and told he will come back and get that fixed, but to our surprise he never turned back.
    Later shantamma , from girias, assured us that the washing machine will be replaced, and took Rs.300, but later they refunded that amount claiming it cant be done. And then Mr.Pradeep - 9886432171 , after repeated follow up , is demanding Rs.5180 for the replacement of the machine. This is as good as getting the new machine on a exchange basis. This shows the ill motive of the representative of achieving his sales targets, by harrassing the customer. Instead of replacing the damaged gasket, with ill motive, they are harrasing us for past so many months, and now with a very irresponsible manner thay are asking us to go legal, and if we want replacement they want us get it under exchange scheme by paying 30 % amount of the new machine.

    Our question is, instead of prolonging the issue for so long, why couldn't they have replaced that gasket alone ? Does it really take months together for them to replace it ? Is this what the sort of service we could expect from a Big brand like whirlpool and Girias ?

    The last option left with me is to go to consumer court which I am going to do very soon if I don't get a proper response from you after that mail. Not even that, I would like to provide a feedback telling people of your "not so good" reputation and how you harass the people even after spending so much on your products,

    Whirpool Washing Machine Service Review and Complaint

    I own a Whirpool splash washing machine and it has worked fine for last 2 year. Well we hardly used it as my wife prefers getting her clothes cleaned by maid as the machine is too harsh on them and has torn a few.Only i have used it on rare occasions when the maid was absent.On 10th Oct2011 my Washing machine stopped taking in water.After trying everything i decided to contact Whirpool Service for support as it was under extended warranty contract till 2012 dec. I sent them a mail @ homecareconsumercell@whirpool.com on 13th Oct'2011 with complete details.I got a call from their center that the engineer will come to visit me soon and a satisfaction code which i was to provide incase i found the service met my expectations.

    The engineer from their Authorized Service Center - Impulse, came the same evening and after fiddling around for 15 minutes left saying that he was not carrying parts for this model as it is now not produced by the company.I asked him, then why does whirpool sell extended contracts if it can not even keep parts aside for support? He had no answers.

    The engineer came back the next day with a replacement part from another machine.It did not work.After he replaced the intake valve and motor from another model the machine kept filling water to High Level even when the dial was on Low Level.The motor and valve were not responding. He told me that the problem is partially fixed and i can now use the machine by opening and closing water from tap itself during wash.Why would i be buying your Fully Automatic Machine if i had no work but to just sit there and watch water being drained and with every rinse fill it again to the correct level myself . I asked him to put back the original part back and close the machine.

    I sent mails for service but got no response.After 3 days he was back with the correct part, which also did not work as the pressure valve also needed replacement.Of course he was not carrying it either.Promising me that he will get it fixed in next 2 days , he never showed up.I am since writing mails to their team and haven't got a response.

    If you are thinking of buying a good branded washing machine, then peace of mind is what you expect.One does not want issues arising out of poor quality.Even in case there is a problem, one believes that it will be dealt with a speedy professional response much in tune with the Brand image.Here, i have spent 11400/- on machine, a 2274/- on extended contract and am now running after these crooks to fix the issue and get done over with it.

    I am looking for escalation emails @ Whirpool.If anyone has them please post them on this thread.
