I reported my whirlpool washing machine repair on 12/11/09 an engineer called on the 16/11/09 and told me that he would be back in a few days to fix it. I phoned again on 20/11/09 and I was told that it would be fixed on 25/11/09 I phoned again today and was told that it will be fixed some day next week!!!!
According to customer advice a repair or replacement must be carried out within a reasonabe period of time & without causing any significent inconvience to the customer.
I am without a washing machine since 11/11/09 does that not count foor significent inconvience!!!
