I have Purchase an Onida washing machine Model W065 on 04/01/2009 form Sony Mony Store/ Shreeji Apartments, Versova Road, Andheri(w),Mumbai - 58. Tel 2620 4324/ 25/ 27.
I was given 1 year warranty, after 4 months that is in the month of April 2009 the machine stopped, I called the service number 022-26779999 and got complaint number 310304 but that is all I got no one came to repair, I called the service personal and they kept assuring me that someone will come but no one turned up for 15 days.
Since I am from Electronic background I opened the machine and found the Buzzer has become short and so I disconnected the buzzer and replaced the fuse and it was working until the month of October 2009. Now the Dryer does not work so I called on 12/10/2009 on the same number and again I got complaint number # 121016 from an agent named Sujata and she assured me someone will come on Thursday. Today is Friday the 16th October 2009 and no one came until now they did not bother to call even.
We Indians give good service to US and Europe but it’s a same we cannot give good service at home.
