Dear sir,
We have purchased PUM 701 washing machine from E-Zone Rajajinagar bangalore in January 2011. The service person came on 23/01/2011 and explained us about machine. On 24/01/2011 when we switched ON, the machine didnot work. The service person visited us and told us that the electro mechanical switch and water outlet are not working and it cannot be repaired. After that we contacted Mr.Pradeep from whirl pool company and he assured us the machine will be replaced with in a week. Even after 15 days also no phone, no person from company. We have called them repeatedly every day but no response. After 20 or 25 days they have told us that the machine is obsolete so no stock and money will be refunded. We agreed for that. But till today i.e., even after 2 and half months no money, no machine. Repeatedly we are calling them and their answer is next week. Now they stopped lifting the phone. Why should you people sell the machine which is obsolete and not having spare parts? Being working women i am suffering so much with out machine. Neither we can buy another nor wait for the money. Please do the needful.
