I am a very diappointed customer of LG. On 10th Oct'09 we booked a LG front loading washing machine at Sumaria (mu@@@@@ mumbai) and were told the machine will be delivered in 2 days and after the delievery within 2 days the LG guys will come for installation and demo. It's going to be almost 2 weeks now and even after continously calling up LG customer care we have no response to our trouble. I strongly feels that LG in their customer care and after sales service department completely sucks. I do not think LG internationally have the same problems. I have even today logged a online complaint at the LG customer care and expect for a complaint number I have not got any positive response !! I wish I had never got an LG product in the first place. I am for sure never going to make this same mistake again.
