    Dear Sir,



    This has reference to the response given to me after purchasing the LG -
    Top loaded washing machine WF-T7239 KS (6.2 kg) yesterday only.



    There is no manual in the product which was delivered to me.

    On calling the customer care they diverted me to the dealer from where I
    purchased

    When I called the dealer they say, we will be calling you up in half
    hour, ten minutes...

    Its less then 24 hours and such response, so imagine what response I
    will get after a month or so..

    I am writing to the consumer court regarding the same and will make sure
    that no body of my relatives, friends buys LG products.

    The product piece I received was a displayed piece and not fresh piece,
    though I was confirmed 3 hours (prior to delivery) that a fresh piece
    will be delivered to my house.

    The dealer is VIDEOTRONICS, Indiranagar, Bangalore.

    Again the response is the worst and rated as -10.

    I want my machine to be replaced by today evening and with proper
    manuals, all accessories and demo, installation.

    Default LG After Sales Service

    I am a very diappointed customer of LG. On 10th Oct'09 we booked a LG front loading washing machine at Sumaria (mu@@@@@ mumbai) and were told the machine will be delivered in 2 days and after the delievery within 2 days the LG guys will come for installation and demo. It's going to be almost 2 weeks now and even after continously calling up LG customer care we have no response to our trouble. I strongly feels that LG in their customer care and after sales service department completely sucks. I do not think LG internationally have the same problems. I have even today logged a online complaint at the LG customer care and expect for a complaint number I have not got any positive response !! I wish I had never got an LG product in the first place. I am for sure never going to make this same mistake again.

    Default LG sales and service in bangalore

    Even before i want to buy a direct drive front loading washing machine i feel LG has very bad staff and customer support. I am looking for a particular model in bangalore and LG nor their agents are able to tell me the availability of this. Hopeless response and looks like they are not bothered in sales...

    Angry LG Front Load Washing machine (6.5kg)-Serious Design Problem

    i) I purchased LG washing machine of Rs 20266/- on July 5, 2007 in Dass Electronics, Pune.
    ii) On June 20, 2009, we have observed that smoke is coming from the front door. I called Dass @ 020-66012236.
    iii) After several reminders they referred this to Dass Service Guru with the complaint # B200357 (On July-09). By that time my machine is under warranty.
    Confusion with the Bill date:
    The date given on the bill was in 07/05/2007 (mm/dd/yyyy) (It should be 05/07/2007 dd/mm/yyyy), it confused me and I was under impression that the warranty has expired in May, but it is not.
    Also I thought it may be some Rs 200/- to-500/- for repair.

    iv) My machine has been shifted to service guru, after that I called DASS nearly 100 times. None of them took responsibilities. I thought is is a small problem, but I came to know from DASS that the outer drum was damaged.
    v) After I called them 100 times they came back with estimated cost of Rs 5000/-. It took nearly 4 months to get response from them.
    vi) I got mad hearing this from them, and I told clearly that the machine has warranty and I do not want to pay any thing.
    vii) Meanwhile due to no response from DASS, I called LG, they registered the complaint (W9C91606136 On 16-Sept-09) and they cancelled since the machine is with DASS.
    THERE IS NO REASON THAT THE MACHINE'S DRUM (WORTH OF RS 20266/-) WILL SIMPLY BE DAMAGED DUE TO A RAT. I SURPRISE TO HEAR THIS.
    Summary: Very late response from DASS cost me Rs 4000/-, which I denied to pay to LG.
    Please take this complaint against DASS Electronics Pune & LG as well.
    TILL NOW I DID NOT GET MY WASHING MACHINE BACK. IT IS IN LG SHOWROOM, PUNE.

    Angry complain due to unsatisfatory service

    dear sir/ma'm

    I'm Madhukar Madan Mohan Singh customer Of LG Xnote RD405.

    there was a problem in my laptop that my dvd ram was not working properly. that is why i gave my laptop to the LG service center gorakhpur shahi market and I paid 3500 Rs.

    to them to chage that. But the service center cheated me and disturbed my laptop.

    now currently I completely suffering with my laptop that my laptop is not showing dvd drive.

    Plz kindly do something as per my request. otherwise I have to go the customer forum.

    kindlly give me quick response.

    Default Servicing of Airconditioners

    Sir,
    We purchased 04 split airconditioners and 01 window airconditioner vide bill no.407 dated 24.04.2009 from M/s Prerna Electrovision, Faridabad. Till the date 26.03.2010 no representatives of LG company has visited for servicing, on reporting to customer care call centre Gurgaon vide no : 0120 39010909 they transfer the call to the servicing dept. but we are only listen the music somany times for longer period in place of some one respond to the call.

    PLease take necessary action to lodge this complain and do needful to send representative for servicing of these airconditiones to National Handicapped Finance and Development Corporation, Red Cross Bhawan, Sector-12, Faridabad-121007, Haryana.

    Default Complaint about LG airconditioner

    Dear Sir,

    I bought a LG airconditioner model LSA3CG2AF1 in late Feb 2010.The display went dead on he second day. Even after repeated calls the service personnel it took 2 months for them to get back. The service people said that the PCB board is not working properly and need to be repaired.
    I cannot accept that a brand new AC would require a PCB change. Request you to look into this issue and provide a replacement immediately. I would have bought a second-hand AC If I needed this quality in the product an would have saved money and grief.

    i am pankaj chauhan from noida i have been facing a problem in my ac from past 1 month and i hav informed the service centre in noida named ideal services but they havent taken any appropriate steps from past 1 month they have taken my ac to there service centres so many times but they are not able to fix it and they have returned my ac back as in the same conditionn now from past 10 days i hav tried a thousand times to contact the service centr they do not pick ma call or if they pick ma call accidently then they put me on hold and they never attend ma call again the staff at the service centre is very rude and wenevr they pick ma call accidently they will say that they send an enginer to look after it but no 1 has visited my house till date i am realy helpless the condition is such that i have been suffering from bad health these days but no 1 takes any step .your service is realy bad and i will be realy helpful if u will take sum steps to fix it please or i will be forced to go to scustomer court if any 1 is reading ma complaints please reply me at pankaj_chauhan18988@yahoo.com or call me at 9891255898 pls ...     Angry Faulty washing machine

    Dear S Dutta,

    In continuation of my previous email (Dec 2009, appended below for your reference), your service
    department replaced the mother-board (PCB) in the month of Dec 2009 on paying Rs 6500/-. This was a big payment forme for a brand new washing machine from a prestigeous company like LG.

    Now in month of June 2010 again the machine has the same problem, i.e. the mother-board is
    faulty (this is the third time in less than four years). Luckling the mother-board is in warranty period
    and we would get the replacement of the same free of cost from LG. However, the service man told that there is no
    warranty for the new mother-borad.

    Now looking into the trend of the machine I can expect within a year similar failure will sure to
    occur. As a customer I can not affort to pay again Rs 6500/- to run the machine.

    My request is to LG (i) give unlimted warranty of the mother-borad and refund of Rs 6500/- paid,
    or
    (ii) replace the existing faulty machine with a new one with warranty since there is genuine problem with the machine.

    We have so many other appliances in home from LG (Refrigerator, Micro-wave, ...)
    which is running without any probelm for years. Also we are in a
    thinking to purhchase LCD TV from LG in near future.

    In view of the good customer relation, please consider the request made by me.

    Thumbs down LG microwave defective piece compaint - Poor after sales service

    Hi,

    My name is Nupur Mittal. On 27 July 2010, I had bought a LG microwave, model no.2049UW ADRQE12 from Croma, R.City Mall, Ghatkopar, Mumbai. On opening the box, I found that the wheel on which the plate rotates inside the oven is broken. I immediately called up customer care to get the part replaced.

    Today is 31 July 2010, even after complaining repetitively, my complaints on customer care have gone unattended. The company guarentees a maximum duration of 24hrs to resolve complaints.

    Please look into the matter asap.

    I am highly disappointed with the after sales services and want the microwave replaced or my money back.

    Cool Split ac amc for 5 years

    on 28/7/2010 i paid an amt of rs.9929/- for replacement of compressor with 5 yrs AMC. THOUGH 12 DAYS WAS OVER
    NOTHING HAD HAPPENED THOUGH THE LG PEOPLE GOING ON TELLING WITHIN 24 HRS THEIR PEOPLE WILL CALL ON ME.
    I AM ALSO HAVING MY OWN DOUBT WHETHER THE CASH PAID BY ME WAS ACCOUNTED BY THE COMPANY.
    I AM SURPRISED WHILE PICK UP OF OLD UNIT TAKES PLACE FOR MORE THAN TWO WEEKS, REPLACEMENT WILL HAPPEN WHEN.
    THIS TYPE OF POOR SERVICE I DID NOT EXPECT FROM SUCH A BIG COMPANY. IT IS ALL MY FATE.
    DO IT FAST.
