Dear all,
As i am new to this site, and i even dont know the way to register the complaint ,so i would like Admin to come out for help.
I have a Whirlpool washing machine purches in middle of nov 07.
And now I had a problem with my washing machine as some noise is coming through the machine while in running condition, so i lodged a complaint on dtd 21st Aug 09.
They provided a complaint no and asked us to talk to local service center with that complaint no,and said with in a short time some technical executive will attend the problem.
I have waited for 4 days, n then one executive came and told "some problem with motor,so we need to change it" i said ok and again after 7-8 days later he came with replacment for that motor,but this time he brought again some used and old motor for replacment so we denied to replace our new motor with old one,and same time i called to Mumbai customer care no. and again they provided me a new complaint no.
He went back and came with new machine after 7-8 days and replaced and tested on empty (No Load) condition,it was running fine,
But next day morning we tried the same with some clothes, the problem still occured ,the same sound was coming through the machine,That means it was not the problem with motor,its with something else,
Now again i called mumbai customer care no,as i was just tired of doing calls to them as it was my 5th or 6th call, and morever every time you need to spend 12-13 mnts for lodging a simple complaint, so finaly i gave the complaint again to center and they provide again new complaint no, which i have provided to local service center,
And now they came and check the machine and realise that the problem is not with motor but its with somthing else,
So they asked us to bring that machine to their service station on our own cost,We did the same,
Now even submitting the machine over there i dont see any further improvement and any significanes for getting that machin back in a week or in 15 days.
Meanwhile my machine was out of services for more than 40days, and howere my warranty period is suppose to collapse in next month, i dont know if they will replair before that or not/ or even they'll replair,they will extened my warranty period or not/
Today i had call again with Mumbai customer care,as it was 6th or 7th i guess,as usual a voice executive came and talked to me and again put me on hold for more than 10 mnts and said she tried all the option but the local service station of your city is still not opened and she'll call me back after 2 hrs,
I just warned her that this time i want a delivery date of machine with Tested ok Condition or b ready for the Court notice.
So dear Admin herewith i am requesting you to provide or suggest me the way of complaint or any action so that i'll prepare myself to fight with this worst service providers.
