    Default Complaint against Whirlpool Washing Machine

    Dear all,

    As i am new to this site, and i even dont know the way to register the complaint ,so i would like Admin to come out for help.
    I have a Whirlpool washing machine purches in middle of nov 07.
    And now I had a problem with my washing machine as some noise is coming through the machine while in running condition, so i lodged a complaint on dtd 21st Aug 09.
    They provided a complaint no and asked us to talk to local service center with that complaint no,and said with in a short time some technical executive will attend the problem.
    I have waited for 4 days, n then one executive came and told "some problem with motor,so we need to change it" i said ok and again after 7-8 days later he came with replacment for that motor,but this time he brought again some used and old motor for replacment so we denied to replace our new motor with old one,and same time i called to Mumbai customer care no. and again they provided me a new complaint no.
    He went back and came with new machine after 7-8 days and replaced and tested on empty (No Load) condition,it was running fine,
    But next day morning we tried the same with some clothes, the problem still occured ,the same sound was coming through the machine,That means it was not the problem with motor,its with something else,
    Now again i called mumbai customer care no,as i was just tired of doing calls to them as it was my 5th or 6th call, and morever every time you need to spend 12-13 mnts for lodging a simple complaint, so finaly i gave the complaint again to center and they provide again new complaint no, which i have provided to local service center,
    And now they came and check the machine and realise that the problem is not with motor but its with somthing else,
    So they asked us to bring that machine to their service station on our own cost,We did the same,
    Now even submitting the machine over there i dont see any further improvement and any significanes for getting that machin back in a week or in 15 days.
    Meanwhile my machine was out of services for more than 40days, and howere my warranty period is suppose to collapse in next month, i dont know if they will replair before that or not/ or even they'll replair,they will extened my warranty period or not/
    Today i had call again with Mumbai customer care,as it was 6th or 7th i guess,as usual a voice executive came and talked to me and again put me on hold for more than 10 mnts and said she tried all the option but the local service station of your city is still not opened and she'll call me back after 2 hrs,
    I just warned her that this time i want a delivery date of machine with Tested ok Condition or b ready for the Court notice.
    So dear Admin herewith i am requesting you to provide or suggest me the way of complaint or any action so that i'll prepare myself to fight with this worst service providers.

    Default Poor response from service centre demo on new machine

    I purchsed washing machine modal 700H on 25th June10. inspite of repeated requests for demo I successively able to get only generic satisfactory code (three times). From a company of your stature I expected a better customer relation. Please do the needful without any further delay.

    Default Horrible customer service by whirlpool

    Hello,
    I am a customer of one of your product. We have a washing machine thats having a water leakage problem, for which we had filed a complaint as pn0710009541. The engineer came and told us there is a broken part next to the detergent dispenser. He came back after 4 days after we called him twice He tried to fix an old used part without consulting us. When we questioned him he said part is not available so I am putting this old part. (I think without consulting us he should not be doing this at all). We told him that he should get a packed piece and So he went back and nothing happened for next 4 days. I called the customer care again only to know that the complaint was closed. (I wonder what they thought and closed it).
    Anyways they filed another complaint pn0810003351. And after this complaint there has been no contact from any engineer or the customer service dept to let us know the status of the complaint. I have called 4 times and each time I get an answer that the part is not available and we will call u back with its status, which never happens.
    I tried the Contact us page on whirlpool site which looks like has a problem and refuses to submit the complaint.

    Sir,
    Please refer to my complain Nos.GB1010000059, GB 0210005183, GB0210003319,GB0210000564, GB0110004429, GB0510013609 and many complains without Nos., my machine is totally defected and it is creating problems day by day and it is not replaced till date.
    It is once again requested that it may kindly be replaced immediately. If it is not replaced this time I will be bound to go to higher authorities...

    The machine is manufacturing defected and it has not been replaced till date.

    In view of the mails and subsequent reminders, a clarification may be made urgently that why the the case against you should not be filed in the Hon'ble Consumer Court.

    If your reply is not received with in three days, it will be treated that you have no objection to file the case in Hon'ble Consumer Court.

    I am forwarding the request and reminders, which i have sent earlier.

    After sending the request I have just talked to Mr. Manoj, Tel No. 0120-2501722 about it and he is not entertaining my complain even after knowing that this was the blunder mistake by whirlpool company itself. It means he is promoting the negligency of the company staff.

    I am still very surprised that how a reputed company can do such blunder mistakes?????

    In view of the above, it is requested to please look into the matter personally and take necessary action.

    Hi Sir,

    Please refer my my complain no GB0110004429 dated 18.01.2010 and
    I had complained for my fully automatic washing machine on 22.10.2009 that there was manufacturing defect in the machine that was not working smoothly and we were not aware about that. when the engineer came to attend the complain for I had made the complain on 20.10.2009. After that we came to know that the machine was not fitted or its setting was not properly made. I am very surprise to know that such a reputed company how can ignore this blunder mistake???
    and it was that the front cover was not fitted with screws.

    All the spaces for screw were open and because of this my machine was having the great voice and that is why i had complained.

    In view of the above i had requested that the warranty of my machine should be counted from the date of 22.10.2009 in place of the date of my purchasing that is 27.01.2009. As it was the mistake by the company itself. And i m sorry to say the reply from yourside has not received till date.

    In view of the above, it is again requested the warranty of my washing machine should be started from 22.10.2009 or it may be extended further 10 months after 2 years.

    Because of above problems my machine is not working properly and it is creating the problems day by day.

    I would be highly apprecieted if u could replace my fully automatic washing by new machine, as i have suffered a lot and still I am suffering because of the blunder mistake of your company.

    Thumbs down Whirlpool Washing Machine Operations and Maintenance Service

    Whirlpool Washing Machine model number WTW4950XW is a poor model. I have had to in the last three months. The problem with the first Whirlpool was that it would not drain water. The A & E service tech took 7 days to get to the house and then did not have to equipment needed to fix the Whirlpool, this would take an additional 14 -21 days. Lowes replaced the Whirlpool with another one because I can not simply go without a washing machine for 1 month which I very much appreciate. Second Whirlpool lasted 1 week. The Problem, during spin mode it was very noisy and failed to spin correctly resulting in excessively wet clothes. The A & E Service tech took 7 days to get to the house and then showed up 3 1/2 hrs. late. Unfortunately no one was home. Does it matter? Could the A & E service tech actually fix the problem when or if they showed up with tools and on time?

    Default Whirlpool White Magic 1-2-3 washing machine with 6th sense

    Sir,
    I have purchased a Whirlpool White Magic 1-2-3 with 6th sense washing machine serial No. INF090300734
    from Nandilath G Mart Kozhikode on 25-09-2009. After one year the power board became faulty een after
    using the proper coy stabilizer. The technician charged 2500/- to replace the board. Now again the power
    board became faulty. They says this particular product is having so many defects and especially of powerboard.
    To replace again I have to pay Rs.2500/- which is very much to me. Prior to this I was using another brand
    of Whirlpool which I used for more than 8 years without any such fault. I have sold this to my neighbour
    which is still working without any problem. Kindly look into this and replace the board on free of cost.
