i lodged a complaint (S9C91408241) for problem to washing machine on 14 sep at 6:00 pm. next day there were three calls asking for the address. but still there was no response from lg. as per their official website the time to attend a complaint is 24 hours. on 16 sep at 2:00 am when i called their service centre and asked for the complaint procedure and number there was no response and the call was terminated. kindly if i can be told the procedure of fling a complaint in the consumer redressal forum in bangalore city.:D
