HELLO,
i lost my bike while parking in public place in chennai at cmbt depot..
i went to send off my parents to my native.. and i return back from depot...

once i returned from depot.. which place i had parked my bike... i missed it fri\om the same place.... i am searching for long time ... but
i cant find out my bike there......

and i complaint to nearest police station and i submitt the rc book and insurance and identy proof....

but i bought my bike from the 3rd party.. i had chenged the rc book to my name.... but stilll insurance in 3rd party name only.....

so that i cant claim for the ins to my bike... if i transfer to my name means ins co adk to inspection my bike.... but bike theft ...

wat is the best solution for this happened,, how to recover my bike and claim for the insuranse.......

i hv lost my bike bajaj pulsar 150cc on 12.02.2010..trying to get my insured money back..when i go for police station they will say to wait till 6mnts...but insurance company says 3mnths..what exactly is the procedure.? insured value is 45k..will i get the full amount??
