Does a consumer not have any right to question what work has been done in a Service center when they pay for it?
When I did this at one of the Bajaj service outlets, I was insulted and mocked at by the service personnel. Looks like they can do anything they want and say they have done the servicing.
A general servicing has carburettor cleaning also as a part of the maintenance chart.
I approached Prathima Motors in Hyderabad (Bajaj service center, serilingampally, Nallagandla road) and was abused by the staff there for asking them to prove that they had done the battery charging of my bike. Initially they said they had done it.
They dint charge it and were pretending to have charged it. When I insisted they said its not their job to do it.
This is definitely cheating a customer and hard core lies. Why cant a cheating case be booked against these buggars?
If the consumer court ever exists, they must take severe action against these crooks.
