Dear sir,

This refers to a very genuine starting problem with Mahindra Rodeo I purchased from KR Automobiles Vadodara.

The problem started from the date of delivery where the fuse was blown and it was replaced at my resident since the vehicle was not started after kicking also.

I have observed that auto ignition is happening for 8-10 days after service of vehicle [ Charging of battery and battery check up etc] then we need to use kick cranking. My last service on date of 03.07.2012 wide KR auto invoice 1659. I have mentioned strictly about this problem and they assured that we have checked up every thing and this would not happen now. On the next day morning we had a similar problem where the auto ignition was not working.

I had already couple of discussion with Mr.Salim of KR Auto and Mr. Bipin Mishra of Mahindra about this problem and they said it will be noted and rectified.

My wife has problem in knee and she can not kick more than 5 times. So auto ignition has to work for her convenience.
We have wasted our time in taking vehicle to KR Auto for 3 times for only one problem keeping our working time a side.

but there was no reply from Mahindra customer care.
