Dear Team,

Really today I am coursing that day when I had been called for a free holiday package with my family by Signature Siestas Pvt. Ltd., K- 28, second floor, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi – 110024. Your marketing partner affiliated by RCI. They sold the timeshare of Fort Channwa Luni, Jodhpur in Rs. 140000/- which I paid in cash.

While selling it whatever they informed me that was just bluffing as they said whenever I want to sell it my timeshare they would sell it for me, but now the picture is just opposite. For more than a year I am just requesting them to sell it, but they are not doing any thing for it except they had given me some web sides of adverting dealers for selling and just I have to follow these advertising dealers. These adverting dealers are again demanding a huge amount for money to sell it.

On the other side these Signature Siestas people are not picking my phone even to provide any solution to sell it except providing these web sides of adverting dealers.

Being a marketing partner of yours and RCI, kindly take some harsh action against them as they are just misguiding the people.

The details of my timeshare are as follows….

1. Apartment Type : Studio

2. Max Occupancy : Three

3. Holiday Time : Red ( Floating )

4. Holiday Period : 30 Years ( Alternate Weeks )

5. Date of certificate : 20-05-2009.

6. Year of Occupancy : 2009.

7. Year of Occupancy Ending : 2038

If any further details are required kindly inform me and please help me provide any solution to sell my timeshare and refund my money.
