Hi, I booked the ticket for Kathmandu on 26th April for 3 person from Delhi to Kathmandu.Flight was Spicejet and I paid Rs17594 for this but when I went to airport and found that makemytrip has not paid my 3rd person,my infant baby amount to spicejet so I paid to spicejet for this and called to makemytrip about this problem and they told sorry for inconvenience and assured me that I will get Rs2051 within 7 working days but it has crossed more than 2 weeks and lodged 3 compains but no refund yet. I am waiting for my refund yet and let see when I get my money back.

I was trying to book 2 tickets for 2 adults for flight from Chennai to Kolkata through Spicejet Flight on 11.04.2012 through Spicejet Flight SG321. However, before the transaction could be processed, the amount 3 times was debited from my account. I spoke to the customer care executve (CCE) and apprised of the incident. I was assured that the amount would be refund back to my account. I received my Credit Card Account statement on 09.05.2012 and have been following-up with makemytrip on phone and emails. There have been several round of conversation with them on phone/email. I was assured that the refund would be processed in 72 working hours from 09.05.2012 but of no avail. I spoke to the CCE again, and got another timeline of 72 hours. This temleine kept extenind all the time i spoke to them or wrote a mail. I was told that their internal department is not reverting to them.
Today, it has been around 3 weeks of follow-up with them. Although they have ascertained that it was deducted by mistake but I donot underatdn why they are behavin in such a manner.
