I Have purchased Affordable Holidays-7 nights 8 days for Rs. 7000 from bag it today / Book My Holidays.
Had recieved Invoice No. TRNPL/DLI/2011-2012/77865 dated 05-05-2011 stating Membership No. BIT100054968, Web no. 1003444722 on 08-05-2011. committing that I am eligible to book Holidays for 7 days in their afiliated resorts within one year from date of Invoice.

In response I sent back them duly filled holiday vouchure No.13587 for destinations JAIPUR/NAINITAL/MUSSOORIE with required dates between 14-04-2012 to 05-05-2012 with DD No.204856 I.C.I.C.I.bank dated 20-01-2012 for Rs.750.00 in favour of Affordable Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd.on their address which later acknowledged by them.

Now whenever I call them, their representative tell me that my Vouchure is going to lapse on 07-03-2012 and my one year period is over. I had recieved their Invoice on 08-05-2011 which also dated 05-05-2011, How can one year is calculated to 07-03-2012.

Whenever I call them they put me on hold for hours and not solving my problem and giving me the confermation for my booking, I am very frustrated now realising that my money worth Rs 7000+750 is in fire.

Their representatives are very rude and not giving me response. Now my demand is either they should conferm my said committed holidays or return my payment of Rs. 7000+750 to me, I hope You shall look in my matter soon.
