This mail Iam writing with a lot of frustartion and anger. My name is
Biju Mathew and i took this ticket online from Red Bus.

I had taken thid tkt for my cousin who was travelling from Bangalore
to Hyderbad on the 31st of Jan 2012.
The experience with SEA BIRD TOURIST Red Bus supplier was horrible and
will apprecaite if you can find a way to BAN them / Sue them.
As per my itenary my cousin was supposed to board the bus from KALAMANDIR
,Marathahalli. My cousin who just recovered from an appendix operation
was going top hyderabad for Rest However the trauma that we went
through was severe.The reason I am bringing my cousin health to the
fore is because for you to empathize with my state of mind.
Synopsis
I called the Bus Operator (9900063738) at 06:54 to confirm the arrival
and he asked me to report at Kalamandir, Marathahalli at 07:15. I was
there at 07:10pm and I made numerous calls to the operator till the
last call at 08:16.The call timings for the evening is as follows
..(06:54,07:34,07:57,08:03,08:12and at 08:16pm). The Irony of all
these calls is that the Bus operator kept telling me that the bus will
arrive in the next 5- 10 minutes however this never happened and
finally at 08:16 pm he said " SINCE YOU ARE THE ONLY PICK UP FROM
MARATHAHALLI THE BUS DRIVER HAS LEFT STRAIGHT TO MAJESTIC AND ASKED US
TO COME THERE"
This has been the most horrible experience any body could get..finally
I asked them to cancel the ticket because it was extremely difficult
for me to take my cousin to majestic at 08:30 pm with his health
condition and I had to later send him to Hyderabad through Sindhu
Travels.
My requirement from this mail is purely on the lines of this operator
being penalized and am looking for some justice w.r.t the trauma my
family went through.
I need some action taken against the supplier and want you to look at
SEA BIRD TOURIST as a laibility for RED BUS. I have Escalted this
ISSUE with RED BUS and will give you the call details for
confirmation as and when the situation demands.
