I booked a ticket through Goibibo for return journey from Hyderabad to Bangalore in December 2011. Due to system error duplicate tickets were issued and received the following mail from Goibibo regarding full refund. I have recd a part refund of Rs4160 while the booking amount was 7506. Its due since once month with no response to my emails from Goibibo. And they still make tall claims on their widely dispalyed ad on TV for fastest refunds.

Hi,

Please arrange full refund as I have received a part refund of Rs4160
only as of 6th Dec 2011. I paid Rs7506 for the booking and this is the
amount shoowing on my Credit Card.
