i booked a flight ticket on makemytrip.com 8Th august 2011 for the date 20th December from mumbai to rajkot 05.20am early morning,(worth rs.2335) i booked this ticket putting a great trust and big banner of makemytrip, this ticket booked for my uncle who is coming from UK(heathrow) on the midnight/earlymorning of 20th dec.

on 8th december i came to know that the flight which i booked jet lite s2-397 will be un-operational on the 20th dec. so i called jetlite call center on 8th december and re-accommodate the same ticket in jetairways same time in the flight number 9w-2007, jetairways gave me new pnr and told me that passenger is re-accommodated in 9w-2007 on 20th december 05.20am,

now the real and tragic turn in story,

when my uncle arrived from UK at the mumbai airport, they were informed that your ticket in REFUNDED while we had never requested for any refund and cancellation.... my uncle got totally shocked because it was time around 3am early morning,

airport counter asked him to book new ticket worth rs.11834/-, there wasnt any other way to come rajkot except this, so they bought it.

when we asked makemytrip they agreed that one of their travel "EXPERT" had cancelled the ticket on 15th December WITHOUT INFORMING ME, WITHOUT GIVING ANY TYPE OF INTIMATION, WITHOUT ANY EMAIL OR PHONE CALL.

really i dont know which type of service is this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...
then i called too many times for new ticket difference(rs.11834 new ticket - rs.2335 old ticket)= rs.9499.

i have sent new ticket to the make my trip on 04th january, and also have sent TRAVEL CERTIFICATE on 17th january by jet airways that proves that passenger had traveled on 9w-2007 worth rs.11834, still not any response from makemytrip side like they are dumb and deaf people.

my booking id was NF251199096849, now i believe strongly that i made a very great mistake to book with makemytrip, and i have decided strongly that i will put legal case against makemytrip worth rs.2 lakhs in Jamnagar Consumer Forum because i have all the evidence like makemytrip call recording when they agreed for their mistake, another is passenger was re-accommodated to jet airways 9w-2007, and so many other things.
the case will contains entities like mental harassment,torturing, waste of time, waste of money, deficiency in service, cheating, fraud and law no.420 for this company.
