Booked an airline tkt from travelchacha.com on 14 dec 11 with following details

Booking Ref No. : AVZIVC complaint no : 1465193120
2. Booking failed and i was to be paid back the deducted amt from my bank acct.
3. Approached their reps several times as well written/mailed them innumerable times but more than 5 weeks have passed and i am still waiting for the compensation. Must have talked to almost all their employees up the hierarchy.
4. their response is misleading and erratic. seems whole department is making money this way only.
5. Kindly help me resolve the issue with them at the earliest.
