I am a member of Highland Holiday Homes pvt Ltd.., membership No - HC - 5 - 3136, HC - % - Classic valic upto 2013 March.

My concern:
Have utilised the booking at Bangalore at Shakti Hill resort, and at Tirupati (Balaji Homes) not at all happy with the service, my experience with regard to booking, confirmation, feed back, facilities which was assured is no where fulfilled. I am litterally unhappy. Till date I have not even received any brouchers of any new schemes, additional hotel tie ups, locations etc.., They are just running the show, randomly calling the people assuring they have won gifts, call them for a conference and force them to sign up the travel contract assuring all benefits which is absolutely wrong.

I request you kI had put forth my grievances to the regional office at centre Bangalore…but nothing has been materialized.

I am HIGHLY Disappointed by their office staff poor response at Bangalore. The staff are not even calm and coll with the valuable customers, very rude & did not give me any information.

I have called to the office for assistance no guidance given with regard to cancellation and refund of the amount deposited. Please help cancel the membership & refund the full amount back along with the interest.

Kindly help me to take it forward.
