This is ridiculous. I should have receive 4036/- but I got a notification that I will get only 366/-.Moreover no-one ever contacted me.

Also I have called the makemytrip customer care 4 times, but every time the customer care representative are disconnecting the call purposely. This is too much.

Guys, Please think twice before booking through makemytrip. It's customer care people are very unprofessional. I am going to submit a written complaint in Bangalore's consumer court.

I have been telephonically inform the matter twice to your customer care department and they have issued a new complained booking ID IN1211B07261 dated 10/11/12.

I am very confused to resolve this issue from your part as in which account of Credit Card you are going to made this refund of Rs.9428/- and when it is to be done.

On 12tt Jan 2013, I was trying to book tickets from New Delhi - Kolkata. I searched for several dates for this sector but no luck. Then I was suggested a flight from the website's fare calendar. I did everything correctly like selecting dates, time, payment method etc.and then I was redirected to the payment page. I completed the payment process and then I was shocked to see the final page (after payment) when website showed me ticket of New Delhi-Mumbai. The very next minute I contacted makemytrip customer support and explained everything to them. I spoke to a lady and she told me that they won't be able to help me at that time and asked me to wait for at least 24 hours as they can’t check the details in the system. I tried thrice to submit my issue on makemytip website but it always returned with error. I sent several emails to service@makemytrip.com but DIDN'T get any reply except an automated response. So I left with no option except waiting.


I waited for 24 hours but no response, at last I had to call [COLOR=#009900 !important]customer care again after waiting for 72 hours and to my surprise the guy told me that he has escalated the case to their technical team. He told me that I had selected New Delhi - Mumbai ticket and it's not their fault. This is really frustrating as I failed to understand why would I select Mumbai when I need to go to Kolkata? And if I have selected Mumbai then why would I call you guys within 10 minutes of [COLOR=#009900 !important]booking[/COLOR] to correct the same? I mean there is no logic. When I was looking for cancelation charges It's almost 70% of the total amount. Without my fault I am being asked to pay a huge amount for nothing.[/COLOR]


I was not expecting such response from your support. It’s not my mistake at ALL. I have pasted the email which I received after booking.

So I request you to either cancel this ticket and refund the amount (exactly the same amount) Or provide me Kolkata’s ticket On the same date.
