It has been 7 days, i tried to book a ticket (Booking ref no- AWEJYP) through TravelChacha. Rs: 6032/- got deducted from my bank account.
While i check in travelchacha website, i see the ticket booking shows failed status. I called TravelChacha customer care and asked regarding that. They informed that the transaction was abandoned/cancelled.
My Bank has given me the Interbank transaction details, the proof for the money got transferred to TravelAgent's bank account.

Since last 7 days i am asking travelAgent to refund my money. But they are telling me that they didn't receive any money from my bank. I requested them many times, to en-quire their bank for the transaction. i send them many emails but they don't respond at all.


Please help me to recover all my from the travel agent along with the fine.
Also request you to kindly take a serious action against the agent so that in future no one suffers.
