Fraud by Make my Trip

Hello ,

I have booked a hotel in Pondichery from 31 dec 2011 - 2 jan 2012 (booking id :NH210101701641. ) . But when i Reached there the hotel was in complete mess - no electricity , no cleaning , room was in total mess - even no chances of power coming for 4 days atleast . I was forced to take anothe hotel on my own cost . I tried to contact makemytrip - there customer care kept changing there responses. Once they said i will be getting full refund , next they said i will be getting a voucher ,even they sent me a mail stating i will get my voucher within 72 hours. Now after 5 days have passed , i called them again now they are not picking my calls, they are disconnecting.

I wonder why they put such type of hotels for internet booking without background checking.Please help me to get my refund and take proper action against makemytrip . so that they dont dupe any other customer. Please take stringent action against them.

Hello ,

I dont know whether i should believe or not ? I am calling your customer care for past 10 days . Now they are disconnecting my call every time.Everytime they come up with a nnew solution . If possible try to connect me with your higher official as your customer care is full of unresponsive People. So what should i do ? Should i drop a mail staright to the id which you have give.

These guys are cheater. Don't believe on them. I also had the similar issue. They even started disconnecting the calls :-(
