Travel Guru Pune - Pathetic experience - Kerela Visit

I had booked a 4d/5n package with TravelGuru Pune( Harsha,Paresh) for 35k which included car facility,hotel booking with comp breakfast.
The destinations were Munnar ,Tekkdi and Allepy.

18th morning we reached cochin and its almost 5 hrs distance to reach Munnar from there.We reached Munnar on 18th afternoon and we were told that its 3 hour distance and all sight seeing items which are included and displayed will be shown - but the reality was totally different reason being whole day 1 was wasted in travel from cochin to munnar and we were left with no time but to just check in hotel and sleep on day 1.

Worst part is we had been charged RS 3000 extra for a special honeymoon package and when we intimated this to Copper Castle Hotel Guys in Munnar , they had no idea about the same and they denied upfront of any such arrangement for us on day 1.
I wasted my another 2 hours in Munnar searching a net cafe so as to mail Travel guru pune guys as it was a sunday and their phones were not respondding that evening.

I mailed them about this hoping next day ( ie 19th dec ) they will read mail and inform hotel manager about the same and they did it after i struggled on monday morning also ( 19th dec) and reminded them of their duties - the most lethargic and unprofessional staff of TravelGuru Pune who casually sent a mail to me saying we have informed them now when my day 2 was almost completed in Munnar.

On 20th morning we left to Tekkdi and reached at around 3 pm as we left at 10 am and its almost 4 hr journey.To our ill luck the only sight seeing for one day there in Tekkdi is boating but Driver nor the person who had designed this package is aware that ticket counters close at 2 pm only.

How can you expect a person who leaves munnar travels 5 hr distance and reaches Tekkdi at around 3 pm that he will see all places in Tekkdi when you give him only one day there - Travel Guru has to see to it while designing such packages and recommending it to end customers - this package was a bizzare i am sure made by a school going kid who has not used his brains - wish he had...

HOW I FELT CHEATED: I HAD A HOTEL BOOKING WHICH TRAVEL GURU PUNE MADE BUT THAT WAS IN ANOTHER STATE TAMIL NADU AND NOT KERALA WHEREIN WE HAD TO TRAVEL 70 MORE KMS FROM SIGHT SEEING PLACE TO JUST CHECK IN HOTEL THAT MEANT ANOTHER 2 HR JOURNEY THIS WAS NUMB ON THEIR PART AS THEY EXPECTED US TO TRAVEL A TOTAL OF 7 HRS IN 10 HR DAY - ANOTHER 2 HRS TO CHECK IN HOTEL.
DRIVER WAS NOT READY TO TAKE US THERE IN WIND HEAVEN RESORT BECAUSE OF SOME LOCAL DAM DISPUTE SO I CALLED TRAVEL GURU PUNE GUYS HARSHA AND PARESH MOORE ...THEIR SIMPLE WORDS WERE " SIR YOU NEED TO BOOK HOTEL ON YOUR OWN NOW AND WE CANNOT DO ANYTHING"

I ASKED FOR A REFUND BUT THEY REFUSED IT AND EVEN THEY STOPPED PICKING MY CALLS WHEN I SEEKED FOR HELP DESPERATELY.
WE BOOKED HOTEL ON OUR OWN AND PAID FROM OUR POCKET - Rs3000 AND OUR WIND HEAVEN RESERVATION I DONT KNOW WHETHER THEY CANCELLED IT AND KEPT MONEY IN THEIR CUSTODY....

I NEED REFUNDS - MAY BE SOMETHING CAN BE DONE THROUGH THIS SITE AND ANYONE WHO APPROACHES THEM FOR ANY PACKAGE I WOULD SUGGEST THEM TO COUNTER CHECK HOTEL BOOKING AND ALSO DISTANCE BETWEEN SIGHT SEEING AND HOTEL LOCATION ...

THEY NEED TO REFUND MONEY IF THEIR REPRESENTATIVE IS NOT ABLE TO TAKE TO THE REQUIRED DESTINATION OF WHATEVER MAY BE THE REASON.
ALSO THE EXTRA PACKAGES WHICH THEY SAY DO DOUBLE CHECK AS THEY DONT INTIMATE THE HOTEL --- IN MY CASE THEY PROMISED HONEY MOON PACKAGE IN SEPERATE RESTRAUNT ROOM BUT THEY WERE NOT EVEN INTIMATED ABT THE SAME AND WHEN AT THE 11TH HR THEY JUST SENT ME FOOD IN MY ROOM WITH A CANDLE ---- UTTER NONSENSE AS AROUND 3000 BUCKS THEY CHARGED ME EXTRA FOR MY 32K PACKAGE.

ALso these guys will never give u proper resonse when you transfer money to them like in my case i struggled with them throughout tour and at the end of the day i booked hotel on my own an extra 3000 so for my package of 32k infact i had to pay 38k
