I got package for Sahil Garg from Yatra.com for 6 nights. As per my requirement Mr.Manish made package and send me complete details with budget of Rs.42099/- I paid full amount of Rs.42099/- Their travel date is today i.e 5th March 2012. They are facing problem in Port Blair. Yatra has not booked rooms as per thier commitment and not providing AC car.

The process for package "SWISS PARIS DELIGHT" was started on Date 30 Jan. 2012 through a mail from Make My Trip, i convinced for package and deposited Rs. 20000/-(as Booking Amount) in company a/c 00032210006937 of HDFC Bank Ltd. on 31st Jan.2012 , receipt of amount was send on 1st Feb. 2012 to me through mail. On Date 6 Feb. 2012 Rs. 35000/- deposited in same a/c. ,receipt was send after 3 days i.e on 9 Feb. 2012.

After passing 4 days Mr. Mohammad Danish called on my M.No. +919996780906 and write a mail for required Documents which was send to him and before sending these documents i called him and inquired about any pending document if any, he replied that nothing is pending,send these documents through Blue Dart courier services and documents are received by him on 15 or 16 Feb. 2012.

After sending these documents i was assured for confirmation for my tour but on the same day i.e 16 Feb.2012 he and Ms. Manisha told me that some formats has not been send to you from my side in previous mail i.e on 13 Feb. 2012 and i am sending these formats to you through mail and kindly provide the same as soon as possible and at the same time my wife is out of town for 5 Days and i told him after that i can send these documents, he replied ok. And Rs. 105000/- was deposited in the same a/c through Chq. on 23 Feb. 2012. All installemnts are deposited as per your comapny guidelines

On 24 Feb. Mr. Mohammad Danish told me about receiving of Documents but can't file case in Switzerland Embassy and as an alternate he has to file case in France Embassy for which some additional documents required which was received by him on 25 Feb. 2012 by Hand.

And on Feb. 28 mail Mr. Mohammad Danish is not able to release relevant travel voucher for want of mere Rs. 3144 so as to match today costing.

On March 2 2012 Mr. Mohammad Danish called me and all discussion i have discussed in my previous mail.

Dear sir as per your requirements i have send all the documents to your good office nothing in pending on my side. Visa chasing is your sole responsibility, this above cited matter questions your credibility in the field of Tours & Travels.

In last as your customer i feel cheated and harassed by such a renowned Tour and Travel company in the first stage.

As per your cancellation policy i don't understand why your company has taken booking after passing minimum 45 days and why there is delay in communication and documentation from your side, is it all fixed for grabbing of huge amount i.e Rs. 160000/- or is it 420 ?.

Kindly solve the matter and refund the amount so that your company's reputation is might not be on stage.

We booked a kashmir holiday package with yatra, advance booking one month back and full payment done 4-5 days prior to travel date which was 17 May 2012. We were happy that everything was alright till 16 May 2012, that day we realised our helplesssness when it comes to these online bookings. Yatra team (Gurgaon, Haryana) could not deliver our vouchers, we do not know why? And the worst thing is till 16 May 2012 5.30 PM, yatra said they will confirm our booking and issue the vouchers. the whole day we were repeatedly calling yatra for our vouchers. At 5.30 PM we realized they are just taking us for a round and not going to deliver the vouchers. So we decided to book on our own and asked for a refund from yatra. Imagine the funny thing, we were able to book our hotels and arrange everything within 1 hour or so, which Yatra.com were not able to do even when we booked one month in advance and paid full amount 5 days prior to travel. The experience almost ruined our holidays.

Our refund was paid by yatra today (24 May 2012), after repeated calling again. Imagine what happens if we did not have any more money for our travel (beacuse we have paid for yatra already). Imagine the losses we would have occured if we were not able to travel because we could not get any accommodation in kashmir? As we had already booked our flights we would have lost our entire money ( around 1.5 lakhs). Imagine what would have happened to us, if we were not able to get any accomodation in srinagar? as we were travelling with 2 small kids of age 2 and 5. Can anyone believe the story that Yatra.com were not able to book a single room in a hotel in srinagar, though they tried hard for 4-5 days??

A piece of advice: make sure you get your vouchers before you pay the entire amount.

Mubarak Ali Khan, Sunny, Deepak Kumar, Priya Kumari, are the agents I spoke to (for close to an hour totally) about my booking number 1609129773. I had made a booking for blr-kol-blr this morning from yatra via jet airlines. I saw a fare of 10645, and bought the ticket for this price. After one hour an agent from yatra calls me saying the fares have gone up, until unless i'm ready to pay 1203, they will not confirm my booking. In one hour's time, as yatra agents have been pointing out to me consistently, fares can change drastically. Without checking with other websites about the final price, I went ahead and did as suggested, and paid the extra money to hold my ticket, as I saw no other option. Finally now that i found some time and re-checked the fares, make my trip is still offering me my earlier fare of 10740. so I call Yatra and ask them to refund my money, as their claim that the airline itself has jacked the price is obviously false. But all the four agents put together were extremely rude and incompetent, and despite spending close to one hour on the phone on my money (during which prices may fluctuate again) refused to refund my money! What complete dadagiri! They insist that I bear the cancellation charges! Why should I? When I booked, the fare was 10645 across multiple websites! They took my money for it! The they call back after one hour saying now they cant honor that price! When that price is available even now, after 12 hours! I have a screen shot of makemytrip offering that price with the time stamp. I'm even telling them just refund the 1203 you took later if you don't want to give a full refund, but they refuse, and continue being rude, saying do as you wish! We already have your money!

My yatra reference number is : 2907125809. I had booked a return Kingfisher flight (Pune-Delhi-Pune) which got cancelled in October and still i havn't received the refund amount back.

Everytime when i contact Yatra blame is put on the airlines that they havn't cleared the amount yet.

Infact, when i contacted Kingfisher they said that it is due for full refund and the amount has been cleared to the respective agents.

This is now getting ridiculous and i am now bound to file a consumer court complain against these cheats at Yatra.com.

I booked kingfisher flights a round trip on 7th sept 2012 from delhi to guwahati. I travelled to guwahati safely by the booked ticket on 29th sept 2012. however, kingfisher has cancelled my return flight which was on 16th oct from guwahati to delhi.

I wrote a number of E-mails to them, however still no luck... my ticket pnr is DWEQEB..

Please help me out by providing the correct process to submit a file in consumer court so that I can get my money back..
