There was a call from clubleisure executive name was Anju Reddy from Delhi and the tel number was 91 11 45738585 on 13.12.2011, they told me that you will get the free vouchers and a Polo watch as you are the valuable customer to ICICI bank and you have a clear record on credit card and he also told me that there will be no transaction amount debited from your card so they told me to verify the details through IVR so i did it but along with that amount Rs. 5, 509/- was deducted from my card on same day. When i received the call after 1 minute of transaction from Anju Reddy, i told him to refund the amount but he refused to refund the amount and he also told me that he will call back but till date he has not called back and i am also not able to get the contact them..

Please help me to get refund of this amount
